DS-2CD2647G2-LZS is a 4MP ColorVu bullet camera with motorized zoom, making it easy to adjust the image directly from the app or recorder. The camera delivers color images around the clock, even in very low light, thanks to its F1.0 super-aperture and powerful white light. It features built-in deep-learning technology that improves recognition of events involving people and vehicles. The camera is housed in a robust metal casing with both IP67 and IK10 ratings, so it can be used in a wide range of outdoor environments.

24/7 color images (ColorVu)

The camera uses an F1.0 lens and a light-sensitive sensor that can take advantage of very low light levels. That means you get color images all day and night — not just during daytime. Color provides significantly more detail, such as clothing, license plates, and vehicle types, which can be lost in black-and-white night footage.

Motorized varifocal lens (3.6–9 mm)

The camera is equipped with motorized zoom, allowing you to adjust the image without physical access. You can change the viewing angle from a wide overview to a more detailed zoom directly via the app or recorder. That makes it easier to adapt the camera if the area changes without having to climb a ladder.

Human and vehicle detection

Deep learning algorithms analyze motion and distinguish between people, vehicles, and irrelevant events like animals, branches, or shadows. This delivers more accurate alerts and reduces unnecessary alarms. The features can be used for e.g. line crossing, zone monitoring, and region detection.

130 dB WDR – clear image quality in backlight

WDR (wide dynamic range) helps the camera handle large differences in brightness within the same image, for example at entrances or areas with sun and shadow. The camera balances light and dark so the subject isn't overexposed or too dark.

Up to 60 meters of white light

The camera has built-in white light that activates when needed. This provides color images even when there is no ambient light. The light can also be preventive, acting as a visible marker when the camera detects motion.

High durability – IP67 and IK10

The camera is built for outdoor use.

• IP67 means it is resistant to rain, dust, and harsh weather conditions.

• IK10 means vandal resistance, so the camera can withstand impacts and rough handling.

This makes it suitable for facades, driveways, storage areas, and other exposed locations.

Local recording to SD card (up to 512 GB)

The camera supports microSD cards so it can record directly on the camera without a recorder. This provides extra security in case of network problems and can be used as a backup in case of recording failure.

Alarm input and output

The camera has input and output for external devices, e.g. sirens, magnetic contacts, or relay modules. This allows for more automated events and integrations.

Built-in security

The advantage of ColorVu

The ColorVu series is one of the best camera lines for the price. What sets this surveillance camera apart from others is its light sensitivity, which is truly impressive. The camera's own illumination is visible, unlike conventional surveillance cameras that use IR (infrared ~850nm). The visible white light makes the cameras more noticeable, giving them a strong preventive effect. Another advantage of the visible white light is that it can also serve as additional lighting for the building.

Mounting

The camera can be mounted in any orientation: "overhead" where the camera is mounted, for example, in an eave or ceiling; side-mounted, where the camera is fixed to a vertical wall; and angled, on slanted or uneven surfaces.
