EXC2614S-X33-W-VD2 gives you professional video surveillance in areas with special safety requirements. The camera is certified for use in explosive atmospheres and is built in heavy-duty stainless steel, so you can install it in environments with chemical exposure and extreme weather conditions.
ATEX and IECEx certified
The camera is approved according to international standards for explosive atmospheres. This means you can install it in zones where flammable gases or dust may occur. The certification ensures the camera is designed so it does not become an ignition source during normal operation. This is crucial in refineries, chemical plants and other high-risk areas.
316L stainless steel
The housing is made of 316L stainless steel, which is especially resistant to corrosion. That makes the camera suitable for coastal areas, offshore installations and environments with chemical exposure. 4MP resolution with high light sensitivity
The camera records in 4 megapixels, giving you a sharp, detailed image where you can clearly see people, vehicles and movements in the area. The resolution ensures you can zoom into recordings afterwards and still retain usable detail.

Intelligent perimeter monitoring
You can define virtual lines and zones directly in the image where the camera should react if someone moves into, out of, or stays in the area. That means you don't just get a general motion alarm, but targeted monitoring of the exact areas that are critical to you.
For example, you can set a line along a fence, a tank, a gate or a security zone. When a person or vehicle crosses the line, the system registers the event and can send an alarm. In the same way you can mark an area around sensitive equipment where you want to be notified if someone remains there outside working hours.
The system can distinguish between people, vehicles and other movements in the surroundings. That means moving shadows, rain, smoke or small animals are far less likely to trigger alarms. You therefore get fewer unnecessary notifications and a more manageable alarm system.
In explosive and industrial environments it's especially important that alarms are precise. When you are alerted only for real incidents, you can react faster and more effectively to situations that require attention.
People counting and density analysis
The camera can detect and count people who pass a defined line, for example at the entrance to an area, a production hall or a security zone. This gives you automatic statistics on how many move in and out during the day without manual registration.
It gives you a clear overview of access and staffing at different times. For example, you can document how many people were in an area during a shift, or gain insight into busy periods with increased activity.
In addition to counting, the camera can analyze how densely people are grouped in a specific area. That means you can get an indication of buildup or congestion in selected zones. In industrial environments this can be relevant for control rooms, security airlocks, workstations or areas with limited space.
