How fast is it delivered?
We try to ship all items off the same day as we receive the order, but can in rare cases take up to 2 days. If you have made a purchase as urgent, please send us an email with your order number. IPCAM-shop.dk is regularly updated and can unfortunately cause faults in the system, in which case we will notify you as soon as possible.
Can you act, even if you do not live in Denmark?
Yes immediately, but you experience problems with your purchase, before during or after contact IPcam-shop.dk as quickly as possible to support@IPcam-shop.dk
When are the goods in shopping basket bought?
The products are listed in the shopping cart are not bought until you see "Payment" has entered your DK / credit card details and pressed the "Pay".
The moment the Credit Card Issuer approves your credit card information, and only then are your goods recorded as purchased.

How do I return goods?
Valid from date of receipt you have 14 day return policy on all items purchased on IPcam-shop.dk.
Right of return and full refund is conditional upon the goods are returned undamaged and unused, and that the receipt is attached.
In the menu at the top there is a section called "Return Note" which we will ask you to fill out, print and enclose with your return shipment. You must cover the cost of return shipping.
