Motion sensor (PIR) with dual detection that ensures extra against false alarms
Ajax Motionprotect PLUS is a combined PIR and microwave detector. This means that it measures both infrared and radio waves and thus provides extra protection against false alarms.
It is very suitable for an oven, an air conditioner or a window with a lot of sun. An ordinary PIR that only measures heat can not distinguish between the rapid rise in temperature.
It can detect up to 12 meters away. It has jamming detection, so it gives an alarm if the system is tried to be jammed.
