1 IN GENERAL
1.1 This Privacy Policy ("Personal Data Policy") describes how Ipcam-shop ("Ipcam-shop", "us", "our", "we") collects and processes information about you.

2 IPCAM-SHOPS COLLECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
2.1 What personal information do we collect and for what purposes?
2.1.1 When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you, e.g. about the type of browser you use, the search terms you use on the Website, your IP address and information about your computer. We do this to optimize the website so we can improve the shopping experience and conduct relevant and targeted marketing.
2.1.2 When you buy a product on the Website, we collect information about you, e.g. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, information about which products you buy and possibly have returned for the purpose of being able to deliver products to you and for use in fulfilling our accounting obligations.
2.1.3 When you create a profile or make a purchase, you have the option of giving consent to receive email marketing. You can revoke your consent at any time either by logging in to your user profile, or by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the marketing you receive.
2.2 What is the basis for the collection?
2.2.1 The collection of information, as mentioned in pkt. 2.1.1, is necessary for us to take care of our interests in improving functions on the Website and the construction of this and offer you relevant offers.
2.2.2 The collection of information, as mentioned in pkt. 2.1.2, is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with you.
3 USE OF DATA PROCESSORS
3.1 We use external companies to, among other things, carry out the technical operation of the Website, e.g. our suppliers assist us in connection with the execution of targeted marketing, including for retargeting, and improvement of the Website as well as for your assessment of our products. These companies are data processors and under our instruction and process data for which we are data responsible. The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality about these.
3.2 Two of these data processors, Google Analytics v / Google Inc. and Facebook Inc., are established in the United States. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the United States are secured through the certification of the data processor under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. 4 YOUR RIGHTS
4.1 In order to create transparency regarding the processing of your information, we, as the data controller, must inform you of your rights.
4.2 The right of access
4.2.1 You are at all times entitled to request information from us, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal information and recipients of information that may may be, as well as information on where the information comes from. The inquiry must be in writing, and you may be asked to document your identity.
4.3 The right to rectification
4.3.1 You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information that we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
4.4 The right to delete
4.4.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal information deleted by us. To the extent that processing of your information is necessary, e.g. in order to comply with our accounting or other legal obligations, we are not obligated to delete your personal information.
4.5 The right to limit the treatment to storage
4.5.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited to only storage, e.g. if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.
4.6 The right to data portability
4.6.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have your personal information disclosed in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this information to another data controller.
4.7 Right of objection
4.7.1 You have the right at any time, for special reasons, to object to our processing of your personal data, which we collect for use in improving functions on the Website and its structure, cf. 2.1.1.
4.7.2 If you object to the processing, we are no longer entitled to process your personal data unless we can demonstrate legal reasons for further processing.
4.8 The right to complain
4.8.1 You have at all times the right to submit a complaint to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K about our processing of your personal data.
5 DELETE OF PERSONAL DATA
5.1 Information collected about your use of ipcam-shop j.fr. pkt. 2.1, is deleted according to the rules in Ipcam-shops' cookie policy. The cookies that Ipcam-shop itself offers are deleted no later than one year after you last visited the site, while third-party cookies have varying expiration deadlines. The individual expiry deadlines are listed in the cookie policy, where you can also read more about how you can delete your cookies when you wish.
5.2 Information collected in connection with your purchases and inquiries to Ipcam-shop in relation to this, cf. pkt. 2.2, will in principle be deleted a little over 3 years after your purchase, when the right to complain about the item has expired. However, information can be stored for a longer period of time if we have a legitimate need for longer storage, e.g. if it is necessary for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, or if storage is necessary for us to meet legal requirements. Information on the return of goods is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with invoice requirements and accounting legislation.
5.3 Information that we have collected in connection with you giving your consent for us to send you marketing per. e-mail, SMS and mail, we will delete if you revoke your consent, unless we are entitled to continue the processing, cf. 2.
6 SECURITY OF YOUR DATA
