Payment
Credit is only given after credit approval to companies that are not given credit to private individuals, payment is made on site after completion of installation.
We do not charge card fees.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery of the assembly is considered to have taken place when the goods have been installed at your address.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day we enter into the agreement. If you wish to have the service delivered before the deadline expires, you can give your express prior consent for the delivery to begin and for the deadline to stop when the service is fully delivered.
In practice, this means that your withdrawal period expires when the service is fully delivered.
You thus retain your right of withdrawal while the work or delivery is in progress.
However, if you have given your consent for the work or delivery to begin, but you still wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you should be aware that we will charge a reasonable fee for the work already delivered.t.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from we enter into the agreement to let us know that you want to cancel the agreement. You can send an email to support@IPcam-shop.dk or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be undone:
- Agreements on specific urgent repair or maintenance work with you that you have expressly requested
- Delivery of digital content, e.g. computer programs, apps, games, music, movies, etc.,
which are not delivered physically on e.g. CD or DVD, if you have previously accepted that the execution is started and that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost,
Refund of the purchase amountt
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
If you have given your consent for the work or delivery to start, but you still want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must be aware that we will charge reasonable costs for the work that has already been delivered. Reasonable costs can be, for example, materials, working time or transport time).
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
Right of complaint
The rules of the Purchase Act apply to purchases of goods, but not services. This means that you basically do not have a 2-year right to make a complaint.

Personal data policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register and pass on your personal information in order to deliver the item to you.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data responsible for ipcam-shop.dk is MS Sikring ApS
Information is not sold to third parties. However, information is passed on to selected and trusted third parties who are entitled to use your personal information in order to deliver the goods that you have ordered and be able to keep you informed of the status of your order. IPcam-shop.dk uses Trustpilot to collect reviews of the shopping experience. A few days after your order is completed, we will send you a request to review your purchasing experience.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: support@IPcam-shop.dk.
