Car camera for driving and advanced monitoring when parked

BlackVue ELITE 10 2CH is the flagship of the Elite series and functions as a full dashcam while driving with continuous recording front and rear in 4K UHD. At the same time, the camera is equipped with advanced features for monitoring when the car is parked, including very low power consumption and intelligent event detection.

Both cameras use Sony STARVIS 2 image sensors, which deliver consistently high image quality both while driving and when parked – in daylight as well as in low light.

Records at maximum quality – 4K front and rear

Both the front and rear cameras record continuously while driving in 4K UHD and automatically save events like impacts, hard braking and sudden maneuvers. The combination of high resolution and the STARVIS 2 sensor ensures clear and detailed footage in both daylight and poor lighting conditions.

Continuous recording while driving

The camera works like a classic dashcam while driving and starts recording automatically as soon as the car is started. Recordings are saved in a loop, so you always have the latest footage stored without having to do anything yourself.

If an event is detected while driving, such as a collision, hard braking or rapid acceleration, the recording is automatically saved as a protected file that will not be overwritten.

Built-in GPS, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth

The camera has built-in GPS, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth, making it easy to access recordings and manage the camera.

Wi‑Fi is used for wireless access via the BlackVue app, where you can view live footage, download recordings and change settings without removing the memory card.

GPS logs route and speed so you can see exactly where an event happened.

Advanced parking monitoring as an extra feature

In addition to continuous recording while driving, the camera can also monitor the car while it’s parked. Recording starts automatically on movement or impact.

You can choose between power‑saving parking mode, motion detection or time‑lapse – depending on how much you want to save and how long the car is stationary.

Parking mode requires a hardwire connection. If there has been activity around the car, you’ll receive a voice alert when the car is started again.

Extremely low power consumption in parking mode

In power‑saving parking mode the camera uses under 1 mA. That makes it possible to monitor the car for longer without unnecessarily draining the vehicle battery.

The camera has built‑in protection against low voltage and high temperature for extra reliability.

Easy to operate

The camera features a touch sensor that lets you quickly start a manual recording if you see something you want to save right away. There is also a power button and LED indicators that show recording, GPS and cloud status.

You’ll be warned if it’s not recording

The camera monitors the memory card itself and notifies you of errors. It can automatically restart at set intervals for stable operation, and important events are protected from being overwritten.

Power and connectivity

The camera connects via three wires: GND (ground), B+ (constant power) and ACC (ignition). It supports both 12V and 24V and can therefore be used in cars and vans.

A supercapacitor is used instead of a battery, which gives better durability at high temperatures.

Cloud‑compatible with LTE module

With BlackVue Cloud you can view live footage, receive event notifications and access recordings directly from your phone.
The feature requires purchase and connection of a separate LTE module.

App and software

The BlackVue app is available for both Android and iOS for live viewing, downloading recordings and changing settings. The camera can also be managed from a PC or Mac.

The software supports Chrome and Safari.
