General about the detector
This motion detector is suitable for outdoor installation and for harsh indoor environments, such as halls, garages, attics and more. The detector has an effective suppression of false alarms, as there are two individual motion detectors built-in and a microwave detector, which is a kind of "radar". As the detector is subject to tampering, it is protected by an efficient system that keeps an eye on whether it is peeled down (Sabotage monitoring), whether it is covered or overpainted (anti-masking) and protection against jamming during frequency changes.
Add-on camera
If you need to get a snapshot of the event that triggered the detector, you can add a camera to the detector, which sends a picture along with the message. You can also request an image on-demand, directly from APP.
Assembly
Mounting height is 1 meter as each of the 2 PIRs slides up and down respectively. This also helps ensure that the detector does not respond to smaller animals.
Battery
The battery typically lasts 5 years, with 20 daily activations. The battery is included. Be aware that if you add a camera to your detector, it uses more power and does not necessarily last 5 years of battery life. It depends on the number of daily activation.
It is standard CR123A batteries, 5 pcs. which is used.
