Suspension bracket
Hikvision DS-1271ZJ-140 is a suspension bracket that makes it possible to mount compatible dome cameras in a suspended position.
The bracket is 565 mm long and can be useful in installations where the camera needs to be placed lower down to get a better view of the surveillance area.
Suspended mounting provides better positioning
In some installations, it is not ideal to mount the camera very close to the surface. Here, a suspension bracket can make it easier to place the camera at the desired height.
This can be relevant in buildings and covered areas, for example, where structures might otherwise limit the camera’s field of view.
Built-in cable routing
The bracket has a cable opening, so the camera’s cables can be routed through the mounting structure.
This helps create a neat installation, where the cables do not need to hang visibly outside the bracket.
The special cover design also makes it easier to access the cables during installation.
Aluminium with water-protective design
DS-1271ZJ-140 is made from an aluminium alloy with a white surface finish.
The bracket has a water-protective design developed to help protect the installation against water ingress.
For outdoor installation, it is still important that cable routing and all connections are carried out correctly and sealed as needed.
