Payment
At IPcam-shop.dk you can pay with Dankort, VISA, VISA electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay & Bank transfer. We do not charge fees. The amount is only withdrawn from your card when the item is dispatched.
All credit purchases on invoice are subject to an invoice fee of DKK 30
Reservation of amount
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately.
The money is reserved on your card or account until:
1) we raise the amount when we send the item, or
2) until the money is released according to agreement with your card issuer.
You can read more about the rules for your specific card from your card issuer.
By bank transfer, you are not protected by the objection scheme.
Delivery
We offer the following forms of delivery:
GLS - Prices delivery Denmark from DKR. 35,-
GLS - Prices delivery Sweden from DKR. NOK 60
Smaller products can be sent by post. (e.g. stickers, antennas, smaller brackets & small cables, etc.)
Parcel post expected delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Letter expected delivery time 3-8 working days.
Ordered products are generally sent together.
IPcam-shop.dk is responsible for the goods until you have received them.

IPcam-shop.dk pays SPECIAL ATTENTION to the fact that, unless otherwise mentioned, the MAIN LANGUAGE, in the manuals for the products that IPcam-shop.dk sells, ENGLISH. (Ask our customer service if necessary)
You must be 18 years old to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent/guardian.
Right of cancellation
The cancellation period expires 14 days after that day , you have received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item. If the order consists of several lots or parts, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the last lot or part.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@ipcam-shop.dk, call us on 70 70 10 09, or use the standard cancellation form that you find at the bottom of the trading terms and together with your order confirmation.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item, or simply failing to pick up the package in the parcel shop, without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret part of your purchase.
Right of cancellation companies:
Goods sold to companies (EAN & CVR) are generally not taken back. In special cases, the return of goods/cancellation can be made by prior written agreement. IPcam-shop.dk reserves the right to charge a return fee of at least 25% of the invoice value when returning goods/cancelling orders, the goods are credited at current current prices. Special orders cannot be cancelled/undone, not even if there is a delay in delivery that IPcam-shop.dk has no influence on.
Return
You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the item.
When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed.
You bear the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.
Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal
- Delivery of goods which can be assumed to deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
- Software / digital content that is not delivered on a physical medium.
The condition of the item when you send it back
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and the way it works. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.
In addition, you must remember that the product must be 100% reset, otherwise a fee of NOK 100 per unit that is not reset.
Examples of what may constitute impairments:
- Damaged packaging
- Lack of packaging
- Original packaging used as providing packaging
- Mounted camera
- Mounted hard drive
- Missing accessories
- Scratched product or accessory
- Missing reset from APP (Cloud account)
- Failure to reset
- Plastic protection peeled off lens/glass
If the item has been tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs (but not additional costs as a result of your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation. Shipping goes faster if you also fill out our standard return note, which you can find here.
We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or without distribution.
Exchange service
When an item needs to be exchanged, you must bear the cost of the return shipment yourself.
Right of complaint
The sales contract's defect rules apply to goods purchases. .
When you shop at IPcam-shop.dk you of course have 24 months right of complaint. This means that you can basically get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation.
It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, incorrect updating of e.g. Firmware, removal of any warranty mark/sticker or other damaging behavior.
Complaint - wholesale customers
Traders you as a wholesale customer and have complaints, you must cover all shipping costs for this yourself. This applies to both returns to our service workshop and returns to your company. Complaints are processed within 1-4 weeks, or sooner if possible.
How quickly should I advertise?
You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If the error is obvious upon receipt of the product, you are obliged to inform us of this before you put the product into use. If you complain within 8 weeks of the defect being discovered, the complaint will generally be timely.

Warranty:
All Uniview and Hikvision products (* With the exception of individual items) comes with a 3-year product warranty
* Hikvision's alarm products are supplied with a 2-year product warranty (Axhub, Pyronix, AX Pro etc.)
Returned items that are not defective:
If a product is sent back as faulty and it turns out that there are no faults on the returned product, you must be aware that a test fee is added per returned product + return shipping. (and you have to pay the shipping to us yourself)
The test fee is DKK 750 per hour incl. VAT and a minimum of ½ hour is calculated. The test fee is calculated on the basis of the time spent in connection with testing and troubleshooting.
(It is a good idea to contact us before submitting your product as it can often be tested without the product being submitted)
If accessories are sent, the quantity and product description must be included. If accessories are included that do not appear immediately on the enclosed return form, IPcamshop.dk cannot be held responsible for any loss of these effects.
Goods should be returned with a copy of the invoice showing the time of purchase for the complained about product, as otherwise the item will be stored until a copy of the invoice is available and possibly error message on the product.
Goods that are not covered by the right of complaint and that are received without proper packaging will be repackaged and an amount corresponding to our costs for necessary and proper packaging will be charged.
If a returned product is not defective, a return freight must be purchased, if this return freight is not purchased within 12 weeks, the product will be destroyed.
Incorrect installation:
If an outdoor camera is installed incorrectly, i.e. if it is installed and all cables are not secured against moisture, this is not covered under warranty. IP cameras that are mounted outside must have all cables mounted dry, possibly in a collection box or indoors (through a wall/ceiling).
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs (packages up to 5kg cost DKK 90 with POST Nord). (Remember the receipt - without a receipt, a refund cannot be made) WE recommend that you send back with POST NORD or GLS as a regular package.
NB! Sending with Dao is at your own risk. It leaves the package in front of the door at night and we are not responsible for this. We also do not collect parcels from parcel shops. They must be sent to our address within normal opening hours.

Support
When you shop with IPcam-shop.dk, you have the possibility to purchase remote support. That way we can log your equipment and configure or troubleshoot it. It costs NOK 250/per person. started 20 min.
All common yes/no questions on the phone are free.
Not covered by support
IPcam-shop.dk is not responsible for your network, router or other equipment that does not come from IPcam-shop.dk. This also does not apply if you change equipment and we have helped you with support previously.

When returning the item, please state what the problem is in as much detail as possible.
Note! We do not receive packages sent by cash on delivery or without distribution.
Remember that the item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for sending so that we can refund your shipping costs. (without a receipt, a refund cannot be made)

We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
We register and pass on your personal data in order to deliver the goods to you.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.

Information is not passed on or sold to third parties. However, information is passed on to selected and trusted third parties who are entitled to use your personal information in order to deliver the goods you have ordered and to be able to keep you informed about the status of your order. IPcam-shop.dk uses Trustpilot to collect reviews of the purchase experience. A few days after your order has been completed, we will send you a request to review your purchase experience.
You have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.
If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you ask for it. It can, for example, be if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose for which we were to use it. Collection can take place Monday-Thursday 9.00-14.00 & Friday 9.00-13.00, but only after an online order has been made and it has been confirmed ready for collection per e-mail or telephone.
