21.5-inch Full HD monitor
The DS-D5022F2-1V2S has a 21.45" screen with a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels. The panel supports a maximum refresh rate of 100 Hz, while the typical refresh rate is 60 Hz.
The higher refresh rate means motion can be displayed more smoothly, which is especially an advantage when viewing moving video.
Full HD VA panel with high contrast ratio
The monitor uses a VA panel with Full HD resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels and a contrast ratio of 4000:1.
The high contrast ratio helps create a clear difference between light and dark areas in the image. Brightness is specified at 250 cd/m².
178-degree viewing angle
The panel has a viewing angle of 178° both horizontally and vertically. This means the image can be seen from a wide angle without having to sit directly in front of the screen.
Up to 100 Hz for smoother motion
The monitor supports a maximum refresh rate of 100 Hz. A higher refresh rate means the screen image can be updated several times per second.
This provides smoother video and motion rendering compared with a lower refresh rate, when the connected device delivers a compatible signal.
Built-in speakers
The DS-D5022F2-1V2S has two built-in speakers at 2 W each. That means you can get sound directly from the monitor without connecting separate speakers.
The monitor also has a 3.5 mm Audio In input.
HDMI and VGA for different video sources
The monitor has one HDMI 1.4 input and one VGA input. HDMI can be used for digital video signals, while VGA makes it possible to connect equipment with analog video output.
A 1.5-meter HDMI cable is included, so the monitor can be connected directly to compatible HDMI equipment.
Low Blue Light reduces blue light
The monitor features a Low Blue Light design that reduces the amount of blue light from the screen. It is intended to make longer use more comfortable for your eyes.
Thin bezel on three sides
The bezel on the top and on the left and right sides is only 2.38 mm wide. This gives the monitor a clean look and lets the display area take up as much of the front as possible.
The bottom bezel is 21.55 mm wide.
VESA mounting on wall or bracket
The monitor supports VESA 75 × 75 mm with four M4 mounting points. It can therefore be mounted on a compatible wall bracket or monitor arm instead of the included stand.
The stand is included as standard.
Designed for continuous operation
The datasheet specifies an operating rating of 7 × 24 hours. The monitor is therefore specified for continuous operation around the clock.
Compatibility
The monitor can receive video signals via HDMI 1.4 or VGA. The connected equipment must have a compatible video output and support a resolution and refresh rate that the monitor can display.
Wall and monitor brackets must support VESA 75 × 75 mm.
