Ajax StreetSiren Jeweller is a wireless siren for Ajax alarm systems that can be used both outdoors and indoors. The siren delivers strong sound and clear LED indication during alarms so incidents are hard to miss. It can also indicate system status, entry/exit delays, post-alarm and a doorbell-like sound when doors open.

Ajax StreetSiren
StreetSiren Jeweller is designed for installations where you want a clear alarm signal with both sound and light. It’s often used on facades, at entrances, in commercial buildings, shops, storage areas and private homes where the alarm needs to be seen and heard clearly.
Powerful alarm sound
The siren has an adjustable volume from 85 to 113 dB measured at 1 metre. That means you can adapt the sound level to the installation. In residential areas a lower volume may be appropriate, while larger commercial sites or noisy environments often require a higher level.
Adjustable alarm duration
The alarm duration can be set from 3 seconds to 3 minutes in the Ajax app. On some firmware versions the alarm duration can be up to 15 minutes. This lets you tailor the siren to your needs and local requirements.
LED frame for clear indication
StreetSiren has a powerful LED frame that provides a clear visual indication during alarms and system events. This makes it easier to see where the alarm is coming from and can also be used as a system status indicator.
Displays system status and entry/exit delays
The siren can show changes in alarm status and delays during arming and disarming. That means users can get clear audio or visual cues when the system is being armed or disarmed.
Post-alarm indication
StreetSiren can indicate that there has been an alarm even after the alarm sound has stopped. This is useful for users or guards arriving after an incident who need to quickly see that the system was triggered.
Chime function for door openings
StreetSiren can be used with a chime function, where the siren emits a short sound when a door opens. This requires a compatible opening detector in the system. The function is handy in shops, receptions or other places where you want to hear when someone enters.
Outdoor installation
The siren is IP54 rated and can be mounted outdoors. It withstands dust, rain, snow and temperature fluctuations and operates in temperatures from −25 °C to +60 °C. It can therefore be used on facades and other outdoor locations.
Tamper protection with tamper switch and accelerometer
StreetSiren has both a tamper switch and an accelerometer. The tamper detects if the casing is opened, while the accelerometer detects attempts to move, shake or remove the siren. In case of sabotage the system immediately notifies users or the monitoring station.
Stable wireless communication
StreetSiren communicates wirelessly with the Ajax hub via Jeweller technology. The system continuously monitors the connection and notifies you of signal issues, loss of connection or interference attempts.
Option for external power supply
The siren is powered by the included batteries but can also be connected to an external power source. When using external power the batteries act as backup so the siren continues to work during power outages.
Up to 5 years battery life
StreetSiren comes with preinstalled CR123A batteries and can operate for up to 5 years under normal use. Battery status can be monitored in the Ajax app, so you get notified well before batteries need replacing.
Accessories
Ajax StreetSiren Jeweller is delivered with a SmartBracket mounting bracket, installation materials and preinstalled batteries. The siren can be mounted on a wall or facade and can be supplemented with an external power supply if needed.
