Ubiquiti UACC-Cable-Extender-C6A is a short Cat6A extension cable that makes it easier to extend an existing network connection those last few centimeters to, for example, a camera, access point, or other network equipment. Short Cat6A extension cable for network and PoE
This cable is made for installations where a standard network cable almost reaches, but is missing those final centimeters. Instead of replacing the entire cable run, you can use the extension cable to bring the connection all the way to the device.
Only 3.5 mm thick cable
The cable itself has a diameter of only 3.5 mm. This makes it easier to route through areas with limited space and gives you a more discreet installation than a regular, thicker network cable.
The cable is 15 cm long without the protective cap and approximately 18.5 cm including the cap.
Supports PoE
The extension cable can be used for both the network connection and PoE power supply. It supports PoE up to PoE+++, so power can be carried through the cable to compatible network equipment.
This makes it suitable, for example, with PoE cameras, access points, and other equipment that gets both data and power through the network cable.
Protected joint for outdoor use
One end is fitted with a protective cap that provides IPX6 protection at the joint. The cable is also UV-resistant and designed for both indoor and outdoor installation.
This is practical, for example, with outdoor cameras and access points, where the network connection needs to be joined close to the device itself.
Shielded Cat6A cable
