Ajax ManualCallPoint
Ajax ManualCallPoint lets you manually trigger a fire alarm in a building. If someone spots fire or smoke, they can activate the alarm immediately by pressing the button. The device is typically placed by exits, corridors or other locations where people can quickly trigger the alarm.
Manual fire alarm activation
The device works like a classic fire call point. When the front panel is pressed, the fire alarm in the system is activated. This lets you manually trigger the alarm if a fire is discovered before automatic sensors detect smoke or heat.
Clear red alarm button
ManualCallPoint has a distinct red push button that’s easy to find in an emergency. The bright color makes the device visible on the wall and helps people quickly identify the call point.
Reset with key
After the alarm has been triggered, the device can be reset using the included key. This ensures the button cannot be reset by mistake and that the system is only rearmed after the incident has been checked.
Reliable wireless communication
The device communicates wirelessly with the Ajax hub. The system constantly monitors the connection between the device and the control panel. If the connection is lost or tampered with, the system detects it immediately.
Tamper protection
ManualCallPoint is equipped with tamper protection that detects if the device is opened or removed from the wall. If that happens, the system sends an alert to the hub right away.
Battery powered
The device is battery powered and designed for long runtime. The system monitors battery level and notifies you via the app when the battery needs replacement.
Accessories
Ajax ManualCallPoint comes with a mounting bracket and installation materials for wall mounting. A reset key is included for use after an alarm. The device is installed and configured via the Ajax app.
