Ajax ManualCallPoint is a manual emergency call point for Ajax security systems. The device is used to manually trigger an alarm in an emergency. When the push button is activated, the alarm is sent immediately to the system so users and any monitoring centers can respond quickly. Ajax ManualCallPoint
Ajax ManualCallPoint lets you manually trigger an alarm if an emergency occurs. When the button is pressed, the alarm is sent immediately to the Ajax hub. The device is typically placed by exits, in corridors or other locations where people need quick access to the alarm.
Manual alarm activation
The device works like a classic emergency push button. If someone discovers a fire or another emergency, the alarm can be activated immediately by pressing the front panel. The system instantly notifies the hub, which then alerts users and any monitoring centers.
Four colors for different alarm types
ManualCallPoint is available in four different colors. This allows the device to be used for different alarm types or functions in the installation. The red version is typically used for fire alarms, while other colors can be used for, for example, panic alarms, technical alarms or other system functions.
Reset with key
After the alarm has been activated, the button can be reset with the supplied key. This ensures the device is not reset accidentally and that the alarm is only reactivated after the situation has been checked.

- Yellow – fault or technical warning

Stable wireless communication
ManualCallPoint communicates wirelessly with the Ajax hub. The system constantly monitors the connection between the device and the hub. If the connection is interrupted or tampered with, the system detects it immediately and notifies users.
Tamper protection
The device has a built-in tamper switch that detects if someone tries to open the housing or remove the unit from the wall. If that happens, a notification is sent to the alarm system immediately.
Battery powered
ManualCallPoint is battery powered and designed for long operation. The system monitors the battery level and notifies in the app well before the battery needs replacing.
Accessories
Ajax ManualCallPoint comes with mounting brackets and installation materials for wall mounting. A reset key is included so the device can be reset after an alarm. Installation and configuration are performed via the Ajax app.
