Ajax WaterStop 1" (DN 25) Jeweller is a wireless water shut-off valve for homes, businesses, and technical installations where the water supply needs to be quickly interrupted. Together with an Ajax LeaksProtect or a compatible leak sensor, the valve can automatically shut off the water when a leak is detected.

1" water shut-off valve with automatic leak protection
The valve is designed for water supply and heating systems and can be used with hot and cold water as well as other non-aggressive liquids. Under normal conditions, the motor unit closes the valve in up to 7 seconds.
Automatically limits water damage
When a connected leak sensor detects water, the Ajax system can automatically activate WaterStop and shut off the water supply. This helps limit damage, even when the building is empty.
Control the water supply from the Ajax app
The valve can be opened and closed directly from the Ajax app. Here you can also see whether the valve is open or closed, check the battery level, and monitor the connection to the hub as well as the status of any external power supply.
Automation as needed
WaterStop can be included in automation scenarios and, for example, shut off the water in the event of an alarm, at set times, or when the alarm system is armed or disarmed. It can also be controlled based on temperature, humidity, CO2 level, or activation of compatible Ajax devices.
Works even during power outages
The device comes with four CR123A batteries and can operate for up to three years without a fixed power connection. When connected to an external power supply, the batteries act as backup.
Manual operation when needed
The valve can be opened and closed with the button on the motor unit. The mounting platform also has a handle that makes it possible to operate the valve manually when the motor unit is removed.
Flexible installation and servicing
The motor unit can be mounted in four different positions, allowing the installation to be adapted to the pipe layout and the space around the valve. The motor unit can also be replaced without removing the valve itself from the piping system.
Protection against unauthorised removal
Both a standard lock and a tamper-resistant lock are included for securing the motor unit. The built-in tamper switch can send a notification if the unit is removed from its mount.
For indoor installation only
Ajax WaterStop is designed for indoor use. The shut-off valve itself should be installed by a qualified plumber.
