Advanced Person and Vehicle Detection

The camera has a smart technology called "IVA Pro " that, with AI, makes it possible to detect and follow people and vehicles

• Precise Registration : The camera can recognize and follow both people and vehicles. That is, it can identify when someone enters an area or if a car drives by.
  
• Fewer False Alarms : With AI, the camera can recognize patterns and thus avoid false alarms from e.g. rain, moving trees and bushes, snow or shadows. Due to the AI analysis, it reduces false alarms a lot.
  
• Effective Monitoring : The camera can detect a movement and automatically distinguish between different objects. This means it can keep track of where people and cars are moving and notify you
• Smart Alarm System : The camera can be programmed to trigger alarms according to certain rules. It can, for example, notify if a person enters a restricted area or if a car parks in a place where it is not permitted. Data Protection and Security

• Multiple Layers of Security : The camera has multiple levels of protection that work together to ensure that the data and the camera itself are safe from attacks and unauthorized access.
  
• Access protection : There are three levels of access protection, which means that only authorized people can change settings or view the recordings. It's like having several locks on a door - only the right keys can open them.
  
• Encrypted Data Transport : When data is sent from the camera to a computer or server, it is encrypted. This means that the information is converted into a secret code that can only be read by those who have the right encryption key. This protects the data from being intercepted by hackers.
  
• Advanced Certificate Management : The camera uses digital certificates to confirm that it is safe to communicate with other devices. Think of certificates as digital ID cards that ensure the camera only talks to trusted devices and servers.

Part of the INTEOX Series

The INTEOX platform is an open monitoring platform developed by Bosch and based on the Open Security & Safety Alliance's (OSSA) standards.
It differs from traditional monitoring platforms because it is flexible and adaptable through the integration of third-party applications. The platform is prepared for future requirements for video surveillance.

• Open platform : INTEOX cameras are designed to be "open platform" devices. This means that they support third-party software applications via the Azena Application Store (formerly Security and Safety Things). It allows you to add specific applications tailored to your specific monitoring needs, such as:
  
  • Facial recognition
  • Vehicle recognition
  • Perimeter surveillance
  • Population census
  • Smart traffic management solutions

  INTEOX cameras are therefore not limited to Bosch's own solutions, but can be customized using software from a wide range of developers.

• Azena Application Store: Azena is a platform where third-party developers can upload applications that can be installed on INTEOX cameras.
  Just as smartphones use apps to extend functionality, Azena applications allow adding extra video analytics or security features to the cameras. These apps can be updated and changed as needed.
  
  
• Security: Bosch has built a high degree of data security into the INTEOX cameras, including encryption, certificate management, and protection against cyber attacks

Resistant camera

The camera can withstand extreme weather conditions, dust and vibrations

• IP68 and IK10 certification: The camera is IP68-rated. This means that it is completely dustproof and can withstand immersion in water for a long time. It is also IK10 rated, which means it is resistant to hard knocks and shocks, making it suitable for harsh environments.
• Can withstand large temperature fluctuations: The camera can operate in extreme temperature conditions from -40°C to +65°C, and it has a built-in defroster that automatically heats the lens to prevent ice and fogging.
• Optical Image Stabilization: The camera has built-in optical image stabilization that makes it possible to deliver stable and clear images, even if it is subject to vibrations or shakes. This is a huge advantage for outdoor installations in environments with strong winds or close to motorways with a lot of traffic.

Supported special licenses that can be activated

Licenses that can be added to the camera. Licenses can basically be activated at the same time.

• IVA Pro Buildings License: This license enables advanced video analysis features specifically designed for monitoring buildings. It includes functions such as intrusion detection, tracking of people and vehicles, and detection of unauthorized access.
• IVA Pro Perimeter License: This license is intended for perimeter surveillance and protects borders by identifying and tracking people or vehicles crossing defined lines or entering recorded areas.
• IVA Pro Traffic License: This license extends the camera's video analysis to traffic monitoring. It can be used to monitor road traffic, detect events such as queues or accidents, and analyze traffic patterns.
• Camera Trainer License : The camera has a smart feature called "Camera Trainer". This feature allows you to teach the camera to recognize specific things or objects that you choose. It can be anything from cars and people to certain objects. The camera can then detect these objects both when they are moving and when they are standing still. This means that the camera becomes more flexible and efficient, because it can focus on the things that are most important to you.

Night vision

The camera does not have built-in night vision, but has the option of adding an external IR light designed for the camera
MIC-ILW-400 is an external light source that supplies the camera with both IR and white light

(PTZ) Can be controlled directly from the mobile phone or computer

The camera is PTZ from Bosch, which means you can control the camera directly from your mobile or PC
With the PTZ functionality (Pan, Tilt, Zoom) you can control the camera up and down, zoom in and out, and move it from side to side.

• Remote control via Mobile and Computer: You can control the camera directly from your mobile or computer, regardless of where you are. That way, you can keep an eye on and zoom in on specific areas or objects.
• Detailed image: With the built-in 12x optical zoom that the camera comes with, you can zoom in at great distances and get detailed images of objects far away with good details.
• Automatic Movement Patterns: In addition to manual control, you can program the camera to follow specific routes or monitor specific areas automatically. It is particularly useful in larger surveillance areas where the camera can cover several important positions at once.

Built-in wiper

The camera has a built-in wiper that can be activated manually or via PC or phone to clean the lens during rain or bad weather.

With Bosch's free "Remote Portal" you are guaranteed easy access from all your devices and you can be sure that no one is watching!
It's that easy:

1. Create an account on the Bosch "Remote portal"
2. Start the camera and go to the "Connectivity" tab
3. Enter the email and code you chose when you created the account on "Remote portal"
4. Download App on phone/computer, press login and enter same e-mail and code.
5. There isn't a 5th step :) but I can just mention that it's free... again...

So you don't have to open ports, remember IP addresses, etc. - you only have to remember your email and code. Easy peasy lemon squeezy :)

A Bosch surveillance camera is packed with intelligent analysis

The camera is equipped with 16 different types of VCA (Video Content Analysis)

5. Following router (object moves outside the specified route)

Stand-alone, closed Bosch system or part of 3rd party systems, the camera can do it all.

Independent device with SD card - you can download all your recordings directly on the Bosch Security APP, completely free of charge and without taking the SD card out of the camera, and don't worry if the SD card wears out or breaks, the camera will also keep an eye with it. This solution works well and just as easily as with a hard disk recorder.

Bosch NVR - If the camera is to be used in a larger integrated solution, it can also be connected to a hard disk recorder from Bosch, DIVAR, or via ONVIF a completely 3rd manufacturer

If you use a VMS platform such as Milestone, Genetec or a whole 3. then you can also add the camera via either Private protocol or ONVIF. If you want to take full advantage of META data from the camera, you must check the list of supported cameras on your VMS platform.
