Long-range PTZ camera for large areas and places where you need to see far

This PTZ camera is designed for monitoring large areas where range and image quality are critical. It features 42x optical zoom and laser illumination, making it suitable for long distances such as ports, industrial areas, logistics sites, large parking lots and critical infrastructure.

42x optical zoom

The camera has 42x optical zoom, which lets you get very close to objects at long distances without losing image quality. This is especially relevant for large sites like ports, industrial areas, logistics facilities or open spaces where there may be several hundred meters to what you want to examine.

The optical zoom is used while you control the camera live. When you later zoom into a recording, that is digital zoom, and the level of detail depends on how close you were during the original recording. It's an important distinction that many overlook.

Laser illumination up to 500 meters

The camera is equipped with laser illumination that provides night images at very long distances. The light is adjusted automatically according to the zoom level so the illumination follows the area you zoom in on.

This makes the camera suitable for monitoring where regular infrared illumination doesn't reach far enough. The laser light is concentrated and targeted, giving a more usable image at long range compared with traditional IR LEDs.

LightHunter and low-light handling

LightHunter technology is developed to improve the image in very low-light situations. The large sensor allows the camera to make use of even small amounts of ambient light.

In practice, this often gives you a clearer and more detailed image at dusk and at night before the active illumination kicks in. It's especially advantageous in areas where lighting varies or isn't uniform.

Image stabilization and gyroscope

The camera has a built-in gyroscope and electronic stabilization that help reduce shake. This is an important feature with long zoom, where even small movements can affect the image.
It provides more stable recordings in wind, during vibrations or when mounted on tall poles.

Built-in wiper

The front glass has an integrated wiper that can remove rain, snow and dirt. With long-range monitoring, even small water droplets can significantly affect the image, especially when zoomed in.
The wiper ensures the view stays clear in bad weather, which is crucial for critical installations.

Person and vehicle detection

The camera can distinguish between people, vehicles and other motion. That means you can set rules so you only get alerts for relevant events.
This reduces unnecessary alarms from, for example, animals or moving objects. For best accuracy, it's important that the camera's placement and angle suit the area.

Auto tracking and multi-target detection

Auto tracking lets the camera automatically follow a detected person or vehicle. The camera adjusts its direction and zoom to keep the object in frame.
Multi-target detection means the camera can identify and collect data about multiple objects in the scene. It's often used where you want an overview of both movement and attributes.

Intrusion rules and advanced analytics

You can set rules like line crossing, intrusion, enter area and leave area. The camera can combine these rules with object type and facial features.
This makes the camera suitable for perimeter protection, fence lines and access routes where precise detection is important.

People counting and data collection

The camera supports people counting and measuring density in an area. The feature is used when you want statistics on movement patterns or load.
Results depend on correct placement and angle and are often used as a supplement to traditional surveillance.

Audio alarm and integration

The camera has audio in and out as well as 7 alarm inputs and 2 alarm outputs. This enables integration with external systems.
It's typically used in larger installations where the camera is part of an overall security system.
