8MP surveillance with color image, audio and targeted detection

The camera combines high 8MP resolution with ColorHunter, Wise ISP, and both IR and warm white light. This allows the camera to adapt to different lighting conditions and maintain a usable image both day and night.

At the same time, the camera can distinguish people, motor vehicles, and non-motorized vehicles from other movement. The built-in dual microphone and speaker also make it possible to record audio, use two-way communication, and play audible messages.

8 MP with plenty of detail

The camera delivers a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels at up to 30 frames per second.

The high resolution provides more detail in the image and better options for reviewing people, vehicles, and other incidents afterward.

ColorHunter with Wise ISP

ColorHunter and Wise ISP help the camera maintain color images even when normal lighting is very limited.

The camera is specified to deliver color images down to 0.002 lux at F1.6 before the built-in illumination becomes necessary.

IR and white light up to 30 meters

The camera has both infrared illumination and warm white light with a range of up to 30 meters.

IR can be used for standard black-and-white surveillance after dark, while the white light can help the camera preserve colors and at the same time keep the area visibly lit.

People and vehicle detection

The camera’s analytics can distinguish between people, motor vehicles, and non-motorized vehicles.

This helps reduce events from things like leaves, birds, and changes in lighting, so the system focuses more on relevant targets.

Smart Intrusion Prevention

Smart Intrusion Prevention lets you set up rules for line crossing, intrusion, and people or vehicles moving into or out of a defined area.

Each rule can be combined with the camera’s target classification so events can be directed at the objects you want to detect.

People counting

The camera supports People Flow Counting and can register how many people pass through a defined area.

This makes it possible to use the camera for traffic statistics in addition to regular video surveillance.

Monitoring people density

Crowd Density Monitoring can be used to track how many people are present in a specific area.

This function can be useful when you want an ongoing overview of occupancy in a selected zone.

Built-in dual microphone

The camera has two built-in microphones, so audio can be recorded together with the video without a separate microphone.

There is also an external audio input if the installation requires other audio equipment.

Built-in speaker

The built-in speaker makes it possible to play audio directly from the camera.

The camera supports two-way communication, so you can both hear audio from the area and speak through the camera’s speaker via a compatible system.

Audio as part of events

The camera also supports audio detection as an event type.

This means audio can be included together with the video’s other detections depending on the selected configuration.

2.8 mm lens with a wide view

The fixed 2.8 mm lens provides a horizontal field of view of approximately 104°.

The wide image makes it possible to cover a large part of the area in front of the camera without motorized zoom.

130 dB WDR

130 dB WDR helps the camera preserve details in areas with strong differences between light and dark.

This is useful, for example, near windows, entrances, and other places where strong backlight might otherwise make people or objects too dark.

HLC and BLC

HLC can reduce the impact of strong light sources, while BLC helps make darker subjects in front of a bright background more visible.

Digital Defog

Digital Defog can improve contrast when haze or fog makes the image less clear.

9:16 Corridor Mode

The camera supports Corridor Mode, where the image can be rotated to a vertical 9:16 format.

This can provide better use of the resolution in narrow areas where a traditional horizontal image would otherwise show a lot of unnecessary space at the sides.

microSD up to 512 GB

The camera supports microSD cards with a capacity of up to 512 GB.

This makes local recording directly in the camera possible as a supplement to a network recorder.

ANR and NAS

The camera supports both ANR and NAS storage.

ANR, together with compatible Uniview equipment, can help preserve recordings during a temporary network outage, while NAS allows storage on compatible network storage.

Ultra 265

The camera supports Ultra 265, H.265, H.264, and MJPEG.

Ultra 265 helps reduce the amount of data that needs to be sent over the network and stored on the recorder.

Three video streams

IPC318SB-ADF28KMC-DL-I1 can deliver three separate video streams.

This makes it possible to use high resolution for recording while also choosing smaller streams for things like mobile viewing or remote access.

Alarm input and alarm output

The camera has one alarm input and one alarm output.

This makes it possible to connect compatible external sensors and other security equipment with the camera’s events.
