RJ45 Keystone module for CAT 5e networks
The module is designed for fixed network installations with CAT 5e cable. The conductors of the network cable are connected on the back, while the front provides a standard RJ45 socket for connecting a network cable.
Tool-free installation
The conductors of the network cable are connected directly to the module’s IDC connection without the use of a separate LSA tool. The connections are color-coded according to both TIA 568A and TIA 568B, making it easier to place the conductors correctly.
For patch panels and network outlets
The module follows the Keystone format and can be used in compatible Keystone patch panels, wall outlets, and cabinets.
This makes it well suited for fixed network installations where cables from, for example, surveillance cameras, computers, or other network equipment need to be brought together in a network outlet or patch panel.
Supports PoE+
The module supports PoE and PoE+ according to IEEE 802.3af/at. It can therefore be used in compatible installations where both data and power for, for example, a surveillance camera are sent through the network cable.
For solid network cables
The module is designed for solid conductors in the size 22-26 AWG. It fits cables with an outer diameter of 5-7 mm.
