Complete ANPR license plate kit for long range
The package is built around Uniview's 4 MP ANPR camera with 8-32 mm motorized zoom. The camera is designed specifically for license plate recognition and is ideal when reading needs to take place farther from the camera.
The 8-32 mm version is recommended for a distance of approximately 10-50 meters. The distance is only a guideline, as the correct placement and camera angle also have a major impact on reliable reading.
Automatic license plate recognition
The camera automatically reads license plates on passing vehicles and stores the registrations, so you can later search for specific cars and events.
It supports license plates from a wide range of countries, including Denmark, and can handle lists of up to 20,000 license plates.
Open the gate automatically
The license plate can be used as access for, for example, a business, parking area, or residential association. The camera has a built-in relay and can be configured to respond differently to approved, blacklisted, and unknown license plates.
This makes it possible, for example, to open a gate or barrier automatically when an approved license plate is detected. The camera also supports Wiegand output for integration with compatible access control systems.
Detects more than just the license plate
The camera can also analyze vehicles and record information such as vehicle type, color, and in many cases car brand. This gives you more options for later searching and documentation.
License plates day and night
The camera is designed to read license plates both day and night. You can choose between IR and white light depending on the installation.
IR provides more discreet lighting with a focus on the license plate, while white light makes it possible to capture more color detail from the car and surroundings.
IQ recorder for the license plate system
The package includes a Uniview NVR502-16B-IQ network recorder with room for up to 16 IP cameras. This gives you the option to expand the installation with more surveillance cameras later.
The IQ recorder supports intelligent functions and vehicle search, so it works well with the package's ANPR camera.
1 TB WD Purple hard drive
A 1 TB WD Purple hard drive is included for the recorder. The WD Purple series is designed for video surveillance and is used to store the camera's video recordings.
64 GB SD card for the camera
The package also includes a 64 GB Uniview PRO microSD card. The camera supports local storage on an SD card, so recordings and license plate events can also be saved locally in the camera.
Managed PoE switch
The included Uniview Gigabit PoE switch has four PoE ports and two additional Gigabit ports. This means the camera can receive both power and network connection through a single network cable.
The switch can be managed via web interface and cloud/app and gives you, among other things, the ability to check status and reboot PoE equipment remotely.
