Intelligent monitoring with AcuSense
The built-in AcuSense technology uses AI to distinguish between people and vehicles for perimeter protection and motion detection.
This reduces the number of false alarms caused by things like animals, rain, and moving vegetation, so you can focus faster on the events that need your attention.
Faster search with AcuSearch
AcuSearch makes it possible to quickly find recordings with people or vehicles when the feature is supported by the connected Hikvision cameras.
This saves time when reviewing footage and makes it easier to find relevant events.
Face detection
The recorder supports Face Capture, face search, and face comparison. Up to 16 face libraries can be created with a total of up to 50,000 face images.
Face detection is used for registering, searching, and comparing faces and is not the same as facial recognition for access control.
Built-in PoE makes installation simple
The eight built-in PoE ports provide both power and network connection to compatible cameras through a single cable. The cameras are automatically detected and are quickly ready to use.
Supports cameras up to 16 MP
The DS-7608NXI-K2/8P(E) supports recording from cameras with up to 16 MP resolution and can display video in up to 4K via HDMI. The recorder has an incoming bandwidth of 80 Mbps and supports simultaneous playback of up to eight channels.
Large storage capacity
The recorder has room for two SATA hard drives with up to 16 TB per drive, giving a total storage capacity of up to 32 TB. It also supports network storage (NAS), ANR, Hik-Connect, HikCentral, and ONVIF.
