Professional box camera with interchangeable optics
A box camera is typically used in installations where you want full control over the optics and mounting. You choose the lens that fits the distance and area, and you can mount the camera in different housings depending on whether it will be used indoors or outdoors.
Interchangeable lens for precise adjustment
The camera has a C/CS lens mount, which means you can choose the lens that best fits the job. That gives flexibility you don't get with fixed cameras with built-in optics.
You can, for example, choose a wide-angle lens for an overview of larger areas, or a telephoto lens if you need to monitor longer distances. That's why box cameras are often used in industry, traffic monitoring, or other situations where standard cameras don't provide the right field of view.
LightHunter and image quality in very low light
The camera is equipped with LightHunter technology, designed to deliver usable images in extremely low-light conditions. The large sensor and light-sensitive optics allow the camera to make use of even very little residual light.
That means you'll get clear, detailed images at dusk, at night, and in areas with limited lighting before external illumination or IR is needed.
WDR and handling challenging lighting conditions
With 120 dB WDR the camera effectively handles scenes with both very bright and very dark areas in the same image. This can be, for example, entrances with strong daylight combined with darker indoor areas.
WDR ensures that details aren't lost in shadows or blown out in highlights, which is crucial in professional installations.
Intelligent event analysis
The camera supports intelligent rules where you can draw lines or zones in the image and get notified if someone moves into the area or crosses a line.
The system can also distinguish between people, vehicles and other objects, which helps reduce false alarms from, e.g., leaves, animals or other motion in the image.
People counting and crowd density analysis
The camera can be used for statistics and analysis of people flow. It can count people who pass a line and analyze how many people are present in an area
This can be relevant in stores, entrances, transport hubs or other places where you want an overview of activity and load.
Audio and alarm for integration with other systems
The camera has both audio in and out as well as alarm in and out. That means you can connect external microphones, speakers or sensors depending on the installation.
Alarm inputs and outputs make it possible to link the camera with other systems, such as access control, sensors or automated functions.
Recording to NVR or SD card
The camera can record directly to a network recorder, but it can also store recordings on a microSD card in the camera. The card can be up to 512 GB and offers local storage.
If the connection to the recorder is lost, the camera can continue recording locally and later synchronize the recordings again.
Accessories
There are a range of housings and mounts available for this camera, allowing you to adapt the installation for both indoor and outdoor use. The camera can be mounted in outdoor housings with sunshades, IR illumination or weather protection.
