Back box for Hikvision bullet cameras
Hikvision DS-1260ZJ is a back box for selected bullet cameras. It is mounted between the camera and the wall and makes it possible to route cables and hide connections behind the camera.
It is especially practical for installations where the network cable comes directly out of the wall, or where there is a need to protect the cable connections.
Space for cable connections
The back box makes it possible to place the camera’s cable connections behind the camera itself, so the installation looks neater.
This is, for example, an advantage if the camera has several connections that would otherwise be visible outside the camera housing.
Aluminium with surface finish
DS-1260ZJ is made from an aluminium alloy with a finish in Hikvision’s white colour.
The material provides a solid mounting base for compatible bullet cameras.
Outdoor installation
The back box can be used outdoors when the installation is carried out with the necessary waterproof rubber seal.
It is important to ensure that water cannot enter at cable entry points and connections.
Compatibility and installation
The back box fits selected Hikvision bullet cameras. Under each camera and the Accessories tab, you can always see which bracket and which back box fit that specific camera.
The bracket must be mounted on a flat wall. The wall must be able to carry more than three times the total weight of the camera and bracket.
