Den professionelle måde at levere strøm, til et PoE-kamera, er gennem netværkskablet.
På den måde behøver man kun at trække et enkelt kabel til hvert kamera - og skal ikke døje med 230V og små strømforsyninger.
Strømmen til kameraet leveres gennem netværkskablet fra enten...
- en optager med indbygget PoE, også kaldet NVR. Et typisk valg for installationer op til og med 8 kameraer.
- en PoE-switch. Populært fortalt en fordelerdåse til netværkskabler. Det typiske valg på store installationer eller hvis man ønsker fleksibel kabelføring.
- en PoE-injector. Kan kun levere strøm til et kamera.
Af samme grund følger der ikke strømforsyning med PoE-kameraer. Du kan bestille en klassisk strømforsyning her, hvis du ikke ønsker at benytte PoE.
An excellent camera for indoor installation
The surveillance camera is from Hikvision's AcuSense family. This means it can notify you of people and vehicles and reduce false alarms from, for example, animals, shadows and movement in trees. The camera is suitable for both private homes and office environments.

About the camera
The camera is from Hikvision's dome series. It is best suited for indoor use, as it requires extensive cleaning to maintain good night image quality outdoors. The camera is made of metal and is IP67 approved, which means it can withstand harsh weather and can be mounted both indoors and outdoors. It is also easy to mount, as it can be placed on vertical, horizontal and inclined surfaces.
Human and vehicle detection (AcuSense)
Even though the camera is intelligent, it still needs input from you. Once the camera is mounted, you can choose from several types of smart events:
Intrusion Detection: A square is drawn in the image, and when a target moves into the square and stays longer than allowed (1-10 seconds), your reaction is triggered.
Line crossing: Detects if a target moves across the line you have drawn. This can be in both directions or just one way. This can be used for example on one-way roads, so that an alarm is given when driving against the direction of travel, or in a driveway where you only get a notification when you arrive and not when you leave.
What is a reaction? A reaction is the event that is triggered when a rule is violated. Depending on which model is chosen, you have different options. The most commonly used reactions are:
- Push notification on your mobile (get a picture sent directly to your phone of the goal that broke the rule, with a link to live playback in the app).
- Send email (use with caution, as email providers may close your account on suspicion of spamming if too many images are sent).
- Alarm output (open a garage door, turn on lights, send signal to your alarm system, interact with IHC, etc.).
To have all functions, you must choose the models where the model number ends in ISU.
AcuSense dome camera features
The different model suffixes tell about the camera's functions:
- DS-2CDXXX6G2H- I : Standard model with infrared night vision.
- DS-2CDXXX6G2H- ISU : Model with infrared night vision, built-in microphone and alarm input and output.
IP67 rated
The camera is IP67 rated, which means it is resistant to all weather conditions and can be mounted both indoors and outdoors.
- Dustproof (6) : Complete protection against dust.
- Waterproof (7) : Withstands temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.
Supports microSD cards
The camera supports microSD cards up to 512 GB (memory card not included, but can be purchased here ).
About the lens
The camera is available with different lenses, which have an impact on the FOV (Field of View) or in Danish: angle of view.
2.8 mm lens provides:

- Diagonal (corner to corner) FOV: 128.2°
4 mm lens provides:

Assembly
The camera is easy to install and can be attached directly to a wall, ceiling or overhang. A back box or mounting bracket may be required if the cable connection cannot be hidden behind the mounting surface. Under the 'accessories' tab you can see which brackets are suitable for each camera.
