Ajax KeyPad Plus is a wireless control panel with touch buttons for managing Ajax alarm systems. The panel allows quick arming and disarming with a code, Pass card or Tag key fob. Contactless access makes it easy to operate the alarm system without using an app or entering codes.

Ajax KeyPad Plus
KeyPad Plus is designed for homes, offices, shops and businesses where quick and secure access to the alarm system is needed. The panel is typically mounted by the entrance and provides simple alarm control for both permanent and temporary users.
Control with code, Pass or Tag
The panel supports both traditional access codes and contactless access via Ajax Pass cards or Ajax Tag key fobs. That makes daily use faster and easier, especially in places with many users.
Pass and Tag use DESFire® technology with advanced encryption and copy protection. The same technology is used in access systems and transport systems with high security requirements.
Arming and disarming the alarm
KeyPad Plus provides quick access to arm or disarm the alarm system. You can also activate night mode directly from the panel so selected areas are secured while others remain usable.
Groups and access rights
The system supports group management so different users only get access to certain areas. This is practical for businesses, warehouses or multi-tenant buildings.
The administrator can create, change or deactivate access codes and access tags directly in the Ajax app.
Panic function and duress codes
The panel has a built-in panic function that can send an alert to users or a central monitoring station. The system also supports duress codes, where the system appears to be disarmed normally while a hidden alarm is sent in the background.
Touch buttons with LED indicator
The touch-sensitive buttons make operation simple and have LED indicators that show alarm status, faults or connection issues.
Tamper protection
KeyPad Plus is continuously monitored by the Ajax system and has a tamper contact that detects if the device is removed from the wall or tampered with.
The system also protects against code guessing by automatically locking after multiple incorrect attempts.
Long battery life
The panel is powered by four AA batteries and can operate for up to 3.5 years with normal use. The system notifies you well before the batteries need to be replaced.
Stable wireless communication
KeyPad Plus communicates via Ajax Jeweller technology with encrypted two-way communication. The range is up to 1,700 meters in open space, and the system detects attempts to interfere or loss of connection.
