Strømmen til kameraet leveres gennem netværkskablet fra enten...
- en optager med indbygget PoE, også kaldet NVR. Et typisk valg for installationer op til og med 8 kameraer.
- en PoE-switch. Populært fortalt en fordelerdåse til netværkskabler. Det typiske valg på store installationer eller hvis man ønsker fleksibel kabelføring.
- en PoE-injector. Kan kun levere strøm til et kamera.
Af samme grund følger der ikke strømforsyning med PoE-kameraer. Du kan bestille en klassisk strømforsyning her, hvis du ikke ønsker at benytte PoE.

The surveillance camera is from the AcuSense family from Hikvision. This means that it can give you notifications about people and vehicles while reducing false alarms from, for example, animals, shadows and moving trees. It is well suited for private homes, where the camera can be mounted a little higher.

About the camera
The camera is part of Hikvision's Mini-Bullet series. These are small Bullet cameras that are not as strong in the joint. Therefore, they should be mounted where you can't reach them. The camera is IP67-approved, which means that it can withstand heavy weather and can be used both indoors and outdoors. The camera is also easy to mount, as it can be mounted on vertical, horizontal and inclined surfaces.
Human and vehicle detection (AcuSense)
Even though the camera is intelligent, it still needs some input from you. Once the camera is mounted, you can choose from several types of smart events:
Intrusion Detection: Where a square is drawn in the image. When a target moves into the square and stays longer than you have allowed (1-10 seconds), your reaction is triggered.
Line crossing: Detects if a target moves across the line you have drawn. This can be in both directions or just one direction. For example, it can be used for one-way roads where an alarm is given when driving against the direction of travel, or for a driveway where you can choose to only be notified upon arrival and not upon departure.
What is a reaction? The event that is triggered when a rule is violated is called a reaction. Depending on which model is chosen, you have different options. Most commonly used reactions:
- Push notification on your mobile (get a picture sent directly to your phone of the goal that broke the rule, with a link to live playback in the app).
- Send email (this feature should be used with caution as email providers may close your account for suspected spamming if too many images are sent).
- Flashing with white light.
- Warning sound (siren or voice warning - there is also the option to record your own messages).*
*To have all functions, choose the models where the model number ends in IU/SL.
Which AcuSense Mini-Bullet cameras can do what?
The model name tells you what features the camera has if it ends in:
- DS-2CDXXX6G2H- I = Standard with infrared night vision.
- DS-2CDXXX6G2H- IU = With infrared night vision and one microphone.
- DS-2CDXXX6G2H- IU/SL = With infrared night vision, microphone, white strobe light and speaker.
IP67 approved
The camera is IP67 rated, which means it can withstand wind and weather.
- Dustproof (6): Full protection against dust.
- Waterproof by immersion (7): Can withstand temporary immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for up to 30 minutes.
Supports microSD cards
The camera can take a microSD card up to 512 GB (memory card not included, but can be purchased here ).
About the lens
The camera is available with several lenses, and the lens has an impact on the FOV (Field Of View).
2.8 mm lens provides:

4 mm lens provides:

Assembly
The camera is very easy to install and can be mounted directly on the wall or in the ceiling or overhang. A back box or bracket may be required if a cable connection cannot be located behind the wall, ceiling or overhang. Under the 'accessories' tab you can see which brackets are suitable for the camera.
