Den professionelle måde at levere strøm, til et PoE-kamera, er gennem netværkskablet.
På den måde behøver man kun at trække et enkelt kabel til hvert kamera - og skal ikke døje med 230V og små strømforsyninger.

Thermal and optical monitoring in one camera
The camera includes both a 4MP optical module and a thermal module.
The optical part shows the scene like a regular surveillance camera, while the thermal part detects temperature differences in the image.
This gives you two different types of information in one solution, which is especially relevant for fire monitoring, technical installations, storage areas, production environments and perimeter monitoring.
Wider field of view for shorter distances
This model has a 4 mm optical lens and a 3.2 mm thermal lens.
That provides a wider field of view than models with a longer lens, making the camera suitable for areas where you want more overview closer to the camera.
Examples include courtyards, storage yards, waste areas, technical rooms, smaller production areas or outdoor zones where the camera should cover a broader area.
Temperature measurement and monitoring of heat build-up
The thermal sensor can measure temperatures and detect heat build-up in selected areas.
The camera can operate with temperature ranges from -20°C to 150°C or from 100°C to 550°C depending on the configuration.
This makes the camera suitable for monitoring areas where abnormal heat can be a sign of faults, overloads or an incipient fire.
Automatic fire detection
The camera supports automatic fire detection via the thermal sensor.
If the camera detects a temperature rise that exceeds the chosen thresholds, it can trigger an alarm, activate a relay output or send events to the system.
This can provide earlier warning than ordinary cameras, because the camera reacts to heat and not only to visible flames.
Detection of hot and cold areas
The camera can automatically mark hot and cold areas in the image.
That makes it easier to see where the temperature deviates from normal.
The feature can be used for both fire prevention and technical monitoring where you want an overview of abnormal heat development.
Smoke detection as extra verification
The optical camera module supports smoke detection.
It can be used as an extra check in possible fire events where both heat development and visible smoke are considered.
This can provide a more accurate assessment of the event and reduce the risk of irrelevant alarms.
Intelligent analysis of people and vehicles
The camera supports intelligent analytics on both the thermal and optical channels.
You can set rules such as line crossing, intrusion, entry to area and exit from area.
The camera can distinguish between people and vehicles, giving you more relevant events and fewer unnecessary detections.
Thermal detection in darkness and difficult conditions
The thermal sensor does not rely on visible light.
That means the camera can detect warm objects, people and vehicles in darkness, smoke, fog or other challenging conditions.
Thermal monitoring is therefore useful in areas where regular cameras may struggle to provide a usable image.
Built-in audio and warning lights
The camera has a built-in microphone, speaker and red/blue warning lights.
This means the camera can not only detect an event but also respond with visible and audible alarms.
This can be relevant for fire alarms, perimeter incidents or other situations where you want a clear local reaction.
Alarm in and out
The camera has 2 alarm inputs and 2 alarm outputs.
That allows the camera to be connected to external systems such as sensors, alarms, relays, sirens or other controls.
The camera can both receive signals from other devices and send signals on when an event is detected.
Can be used with or without a recorder
The camera supports microSD cards up to 512 GB and can therefore store recordings directly on the camera.
However, we generally recommend using a recorder with the camera. A recorder gives longer retention time, centralized management of multiple cameras and easier searching in recordings.
An SD card can also be used as extra backup if the connection to the recorder is temporarily interrupted.
PoE makes installation easier
The camera supports PoE, which means power and data can be sent over the same network cable.
This reduces the need for a separate power supply at the camera and simplifies installation.
Outdoor use year-round
The camera is IP67 rated and protected against dust, rain and moisture.
It can be used in temperatures from -40°C to 70°C, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations in demanding environments.
Accessories and mounting
Under the accessories tab on the product page you can see junction boxes, pole mounts and cable glands that fit the camera.
