TandemVu camera with panorama and PTZ in one unit

DS-2SE7C432MWG-EB combines two cameras in one solution: a panoramic camera that gives a 180° overview, and a PTZ camera with 32× optical zoom to capture details at long range. The system works together so the panoramic camera can detect motion and automatically send the PTZ camera to the target. At the same time you get ColorVu color images in low light, powerful IR illumination up to 200 meters and advanced features like human/vehicle detection and active deterrence.

180° panoramic view

The panoramic camera provides a wide 180° field of view, so you can cover large areas without blind spots. The camera can even stitch images together to give one continuous panoramic view with high clarity. That makes it ideal for squares, courtyards, parking areas, harbors, storage yards and more.

PTZ camera with 32× optical zoom

The PTZ unit lets you zoom in far without losing quality. With 32× optical zoom and 16× digital zoom, the camera can capture details at several hundred meters. It can rotate 360° and tilt from −15° to 90°, giving full freedom of movement.

Smart cooperation between panorama and PTZ

The panorama and PTZ cameras are linked in one system. When the panoramic part detects motion, the PTZ camera can automatically move to the relevant position, start following an object or perform a preset PTZ action. That makes the camera extremely effective for monitoring large and dynamic areas.

ColorVu – color images in low light

The panoramic camera features ColorVu technology with an F1.0 aperture, delivering color images even when light is very low. White light can be activated at night to ensure color detail where ordinary cameras would switch to black and white.

Long-range IR – up to 200 meters

The PTZ camera is equipped with powerful IR illumination that can reach up to 200 meters. This allows the camera to deliver sharp images at night over very long distances – ideal for monitoring large areas or long driveways.

AcuSense – recognizes people and vehicles

AcuSense technology analyzes motion and distinguishes between people, vehicles and irrelevant objects like animals, rain, branches or shadows. That gives more accurate alarms and makes the camera much better at detecting relevant activity.

Face Capture – face detection

The camera can detect, track and select faces in motion and save the best image. This is particularly useful in environments where you want extra documentation or identification.

Does Face Capture require a special recorder?

The camera can detect and select faces on its own, but if you want to store faces in a structured way, search them or use advanced face functionality, you need a recorder that supports Face Capture.

The camera can do on its own:

• Detect faces in the image
• Select the best “snapshot”
• Send it to an app, recorder or NAS
• Trigger events (alarm, strobe, notification etc.)

Active deterrence

The camera has built-in white strobe light and an audio alarm that can be activated on events. It works preventively and can scare off intruders before they get close.

Autotracking – automatic tracking

The camera can automatically follow people or vehicles as they move through the image. Tracking can start automatically on detection or be started manually by the user.

Image stabilization and anti-fog (EIS/defog)

The camera has built-in stabilization to reduce shake, and defog to improve the image in foggy or dusty environments. This is important for outdoor installations.
