Professional turret camera with DarkFighter
The camera is equipped with a large 1/1.8" CMOS image sensor and a bright F1.2 lens, delivering very high image quality even in challenging lighting conditions.
This makes the model ideal for 24/7 surveillance, where both detail and intelligent detection are especially important.
8 MP resolution
With a resolution of 3840 × 2160, the camera delivers images with a very high level of detail. This makes it easier to identify people, vehicles, and other important events.
The high resolution also provides better options for digital zoom without losing essential details.
DarkFighter technology
DarkFighter is Hikvision’s technology for surveillance in very low light. The large image sensor and bright lens make it possible to capture color images in situations where many ordinary cameras have already switched to night mode.
This gives more usable recordings at dusk, at night, and in poorly lit areas.
Motorized zoom lens
The camera is equipped with a motorized 2.8-12 mm lens, allowing you to adjust the viewing angle directly from a computer or mobile device without physical access to the camera.
This makes both installation and later adjustments faster and more flexible.
AcuSense with person and vehicle recognition
AcuSense uses intelligent image analysis to distinguish between people, vehicles, and other movement. This reduces the number of false alarms caused by things like rain, animals, leaves, and changing light conditions.
The camera supports line crossing, area intrusion, area entry, and area exit with detection of people and vehicles.
Built-in microphone and speaker
The camera has a built-in dual microphone and speaker, making both audio recording and two-way communication possible.

Warning light and audio alarm

This provides longer recording times and more efficient use of the system’s hard drives.

The camera is IP67-certified and IK10-rated, which means it is protected against dust, rain, and impact.
In addition, the model is NEMA 4X certified, providing extra protection against corrosion and making the camera suitable for areas with high humidity, salty air, or other demanding environments.
Why choose a turret camera outdoors?
As a general recommendation, we suggest turret cameras for most outdoor installations. Turret cameras are less sensitive to reflections from rain, snow, dust, and spider webs, which can affect image quality, especially when the camera’s infrared night illumination is active.
A dome camera may still be the right choice if extra protection against vandalism or a more discreet design is needed. For most outdoor installations, however, a turret camera will provide the most stable image quality.
