Hikvision DS-2CD2586G2-IS is a compact 8 MP AcuSense mini dome camera with DarkFighter and a built-in microphone. The IS version also includes audio and alarm connections plus the option to record to an SD card.

- en optager med indbygget PoE, også kaldet NVR. Et typisk valg for installationer op til og med 8 kameraer.
- en PoE-switch. Populært fortalt en fordelerdåse til netværkskabler. Det typiske valg på store installationer eller hvis man ønsker fleksibel kabelføring.
- en PoE-injector. Kan kun levere strøm til et kamera.
Af samme grund følger der ikke strømforsyning med PoE-kameraer. Du kan bestille en klassisk strømforsyning her, hvis du ikke ønsker at benytte PoE.
8 MP mini dome camera
DS-2CD2586G2-IS combines 8 MP / 4K video with Hikvision AcuSense and Powered-by-DarkFighter. The camera has a compact dome design and is rated IP67 and IK08, so it can be used both indoors and outdoors.
DarkFighter delivers better images in low light
Powered-by-DarkFighter is designed to provide a better surveillance image when only limited light is available. The camera has an F1.6 aperture and is specified down to 0.003 lux in color.
When there is no longer enough normal light, the camera can use the built-in IR illumination and continue monitoring in black and white.
AcuSense focuses on people and vehicles
Hikvision AcuSense uses Deep Learning to classify people and vehicles. This helps focus alerts on relevant targets rather than simply reacting to any movement in the camera image.
The camera supports line crossing, intrusion, region entrance and region exiting with classification of people and vehicles.
Built-in microphone and audio connections
The camera has a built-in microphone, so sound from the area around the camera can be included in surveillance.
The IS version also has one line-in and one line-out for connecting external audio equipment. The datasheet does not specify a built-in speaker.
Alarm input and alarm output
DS-2CD2586G2-IS has one alarm input and one alarm output. This makes it possible to connect compatible external alarm equipment to the camera.
8 MP / 4K delivers a high level of detail
The camera has a maximum resolution of 3840 × 2160 pixels. At 50 Hz, the camera can deliver up to 25 frames per second in full 4K resolution.
At 60 Hz, it delivers up to 24 frames per second at 3840 × 2160 and up to 30 frames per second at resolutions of 3200 × 1800 and below.
Choose between 2.8 mm and 4 mm
DS-2CD2586G2-IS is available with either a 2.8 mm or 4 mm fixed lens.
2.8 mm gives an approximate 110° horizontal field of view and is ideal when the camera needs to provide a wide overview of, for example, an entrance, terrace, or larger area.
4 mm gives an approximate 88° horizontal field of view and provides a more focused image straight ahead.
IR for surveillance in the dark
The camera has built-in 850 nm IR illumination with a range of up to 30 meters. Smart Supplement Light helps control the supplemental IR lighting.
Better image in backlight
The camera handles areas with both strong light and dark sections, giving you a more balanced image at entrances, windows, and other places with strong backlight.
In addition, BLC, HLC, and 3D DNR are supported for further image adjustment.
Face Capture
DS-2CD2586G2-IS supports Face Capture, so the camera can detect faces in the image and capture pictures of them.
Face Capture should not be confused with facial recognition. The datasheet lists Face Capture, but not identification of specific people against a face database.
How far can the camera see?
The DORI values provide a standardized indication of the expected level of detail at different distances and depend on the selected lens.
With 2.8 mm, the values are approximately 89 meters for Detect, 35 meters for Observe, 18 meters for Recognize, and 9 meters for Identify.
With 4 mm, the values are approximately 99 meters for Detect, 39 meters for Observe, 20 meters for Recognize, and 10 meters for Identify.
DORI describes the level of detail in the image and should not be confused with the camera’s IR range.
Supports SD cards up to 512 GB
The camera supports SD cards up to 512 GB, so recordings can be stored directly in the camera. Network storage via NAS and Auto Network Replenishment (ANR) are also supported.
H.265+ reduces storage usage
DS-2CD2586G2-IS supports H.265+, H.265, H.264+ and H.264. H.265+ helps reduce the amount of video data and therefore the need for storage space and network bandwidth.
IP67 and IK08
The camera is rated IP67 for water and dust resistance and IK08 for physical impact protection. The base is made of aluminum, while the cover is plastic.
PoE or 12 V DC
The camera can be powered by either 12 V DC or PoE according to IEEE 802.3af. With PoE, both power and network data can be carried through the same network cable.
