Ajax NVR is a 16-channel network recorder for homes and businesses that want to combine video surveillance and Ajax alarms in the same system. The recorder gives you access to live video, recordings, and alarm events directly from Ajax apps and Ajax PRO Desktop.

16-channel NVR with Ajax integration
The network recorder can handle up to 16 IP cameras and displays images from the connected cameras in up to 4K resolution. It is well suited for installations where multiple areas need to be monitored from one unified solution.
View cameras and recordings in Ajax apps
The built-in video management system gives you access to a video wall with images from the connected cameras. Recordings can be reviewed via a timeline with previews, and events can be filtered so relevant recordings are easier to find.
Visual verification of Ajax alarms
Ajax detectors can be set to activate specific cameras when an alarm is detected. The video is then available in the mobile app and Ajax PRO Desktop, so the event can be assessed quickly.
Supports Ajax cameras and ONVIF
The recorder can be used with Ajax cameras as well as IP cameras that support ONVIF Profile S or RTSP. It supports video compression with H.265 and H.264, as well as a total bandwidth of up to 100 Mbps.
Space for up to 16 TB of storage
Ajax NVR has room for one 2.5" or 3.5" SATA hard drive or SSD with a capacity of up to 16 TB. The storage unit is not included and must have a power consumption of up to 7 W.
Built-in motion detection
The recorder can analyze the image itself and detect motion. It is also possible to use the camera’s own algorithms when the connected camera supports this function.
User access control
Access to cameras and recordings can be distributed between users in Ajax apps and operators in Ajax PRO Desktop. This makes it possible to control who can view specific cameras and video events.
Designed for indoor installation
The recorder is intended for indoor mounting and has an IP20 enclosure rating. The built-in tamper contact can send a notification if the unit is removed from the surface or mounting panel.
