PTZ camera for monitoring larger areas
DH SD4A425DB HNY is a PTZ camera designed for monitoring areas where you want both an overview and the option to zoom in on details. PTZ means the camera can pan side to side, tilt up and down, and zoom in on objects.
This makes the camera well suited for, for example, parking areas, industrial sites, courtyards or other places where a fixed camera can’t cover the whole area.
Optical zoom
The camera has a motorized lens with 25x optical zoom. Optical zoom means the camera changes the lens to zoom in on the subject. That way the image keeps its sharpness even when you zoom in a long way.
You can therefore both monitor a large area and zoom in on details like people or vehicles at a distance.
PTZ control
PTZ stands for pan, tilt and zoom. The camera can rotate 360 degrees and tilt up and down, so you can change the camera angle directly from your phone or recorder.
You can also save preset positions so the camera can quickly move to specific areas. That could be, for example, a gate, a driveway or a parking area.
Auto tracking
Auto tracking means the camera can automatically follow a moving object. When a person or vehicle is detected, the camera can pan and zoom to keep the object in frame.
This gives a better overview of events because the camera stays focused on what’s moving in the area.
Starlight night view
Starlight technology makes the camera more light-sensitive. That means the camera can show more details in very low-light situations.
You therefore get a clear image in environments with limited lighting, for example parking areas, warehouses or backyards.
IR night illumination
The camera has infrared lighting, which makes it possible to monitor in total darkness. The IR light is invisible to people but allows the camera to capture clear images at night.

SMD, smart motion detection

Wide Dynamic Range
WDR helps the camera handle situations with large differences between light and dark. This can be, for example, an entrance with bright sunlight outside and darker indoors.
The feature ensures that both the bright and dark areas of the image become clear.
Image stabilization and defog
The camera has features that can improve the image in challenging situations. Image stabilization reduces shake in the image, while defog can improve visibility in fog or haze.
SD card recording
The camera supports microSD cards up to 512 GB, so you can store recordings directly on the camera. It can be used as local storage or as a backup.
